Who We Are Looking For

Experience in supported living or complex care is valued, but the right attitude and resilience matter most. We provide full training.

Ideal Qualities

  • Calm, patient, and resilient under pressure
  • A genuine passion for empowering individuals with complex needs
  • Reliable, consistent, and committed to long-term support
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work long shifts, including nights and weekends
  • A full UK driving licence is often preferred but not always essential
  • Right to work in the UK

All applicants will be subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check, which we can arrange for you.

Typical Roles

  • Support Worker — Delivering person-centred care in supported living settings, including personal care, behaviour support, medication, and daily living skills.
  • Senior Support Worker — Leading shifts, mentoring staff, implementing support plans, and liaising with professionals.
  • Team Leader / Care Coordinator — Overseeing packages of care, managing rotas, and ensuring quality and compliance.
