Who We Are Looking For
Experience in supported living or complex care is valued, but the right attitude and resilience matter most. We provide full training.
Ideal Qualities
- Calm, patient, and resilient under pressure
- A genuine passion for empowering individuals with complex needs
- Reliable, consistent, and committed to long-term support
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work long shifts, including nights and weekends
- A full UK driving licence is often preferred but not always essential
- Right to work in the UK

Typical Roles
- Support Worker — Delivering person-centred care in supported living settings, including personal care, behaviour support, medication, and daily living skills.
- Senior Support Worker — Leading shifts, mentoring staff, implementing support plans, and liaising with professionals.
- Team Leader / Care Coordinator — Overseeing packages of care, managing rotas, and ensuring quality and compliance.
